Horrible experience i ordered a winter coat for my son in October i recieved the email that said it was shipped. But when I called customer service last week to see why i never received it they said oh bcz its not there yet. Then they said they can reship for no charge. So I called again to see why the re-shipment never was sent and they said my order wasn't approved to be shipped well it was approved enough to take money out of my checking account but not sent out? I want a refund and now I can't get a refund without returning the item I never received in the mail. Hmmm so is hollister now a scam company that takes our money and doesn't ship anything.

Their clothes are not that bad but their service is bad. I didn’t receive my for 20 days so I had to cancel it.

one star isn't for quality, this is for customer service. i don't have any issue with quality or cloths. i've an issue with customer service, they only have one solution for everything is cancel the order, or replace the again. i never had any complain but after getting really bad service, i'm done with it. whenever i ask them to transfer me to a manager, their answer will be manager will do the same, and i'll transfer to his/her voice mail. after leaving 100 times voice mail, didn't get any phone call or any email. And i cancel my 2 orders but didn't get any refund yet. what you guys doing. And one more thing, do you guys have only one manager on whole Hollister. i'm not satisfy at all. i been purchasing long time ago, now if i've a problem, you guys start ignoring everything. i'm still waiting for you guys to email me back or contact me.

My order was cancelled (still don’t know why) and I start to think that I’ll never get my money back. Every time I contact them they say it takes 5-7 business days, and to just wait, but it has been way more than that.

The online and phone service is disgusting! I tried to get an answer for one question and each time I ask the online chat or phone up every single person says something different! Like haven't they taught their staff the same thing? Maybe they should make their products less expensive and invest money on teaching and training their own staff. I ordered a jacket in December and as stores are closed I couldn't return it, I always use the store service and never online but this time I had to, after countless people telling me I was able to return the item for a full refund on my card, they ended up putting it on a gift card! I have proof that they assured me I will get my money back and when I try to email them back they bring up their policy on their website but they wouldn't agree to what their own staff are telling customer! How can their customer service be so terrible were they say one thing and the complete opposite happens? They completely refused to give my money back despite I was told on the phone and online chat I will get my money back! Never am I ever recommending or shopping from here again after I've used up my gift card. Will be taking this story onto watchdog and social media as I have proof of all the online chats and their names.

I always shop a Hollister for my kid clothes. High quality items from them. Highly recommended

I've ordered SO much stuff in their recent sale and I honestly cannot fault a single thing.I'm a 12/14, I've ordered clothing in sizes 9L, M and L and everything fits so nicely.A coat wasn't shipped with the rest of my order but, once it was back in stock it was shipped separately (awaiting this delivery).Their gym clothes are fantastic too, I had to go back and order more!

Apalling customer service - I was hung up on by one of their 'representatives' after they charged me twice! Shipping also took 2 weeks due to delays, understandable given the circumstances but not once were they able to give me an ETA after taking my money, they then charged me again upon dispatch.

Ordered a hoodie over two weeks ago and still haven’t got it. At first it said it would be delivered dec 2nd and later that changed to dec 9th and now it says dec14th! I ordered it on nov 28 I am very disappointed plus I leave my school on dec 14th so I won’t be able to get it until spring :(


I’ve had a great experience with Hollister - fast delivery and love the clothes.

Package never received. When I track down the order they said its lost in shipping.
